Learning to be mindful is learning to be in the present moment and aware of what we are feeling, whether in the physical, mental or emotional body.
The practice of yoga is a perfect path to enriching our experience of ourselves and our life. It asks us to be present in breath, pose and dynamic rest.
This class is a gentle exploration of how the body and mind can come together in whatever we are doing. It has been my observation over many years of teaching that most people see their body as separate from their thoughts, feelings and experiences. Yoga, breath and meditative practices provide a bridge to unfolding the wisdom and depth of awareness within us, and for making our experiences whole.
Excellent for all levels of experience, and also recommended for people with stress and anxiety. Class is limited to 12 participants.
